Payment Terms & Shipping Conditions:
1. My shop is accepted Paypal.
2. The order will be shipped within 5-7 days after your payment is received and cleared.
3. All Orders will be shipped via Hong Kong Post for International regular airmail or registered airmail with a tracking no. for order amount over US$30.00.
4. If there are any delays in shipping in Seller side, you will be notified through email.
5. Special orders may take extra days to finish.
6. The delivery time will be taken 10-25 days in normal status to most of the countries.
7. Please note that sometimes it may take longer to arrive to your place due to Custom inspection or being held in Custom.
8. Import duties, taxes & Custom charges are not included in the shipping charges and the item price.
Cancellation & Return Policy:
1. Order cancellation is allowed and should be made within 24 hrs after received order confirmation.
2. If you are not satified with your purchase, please contact my shop within 7 days after you received the package for arranging the return of the package.
3. The returned item(s) should be unused and in original condition.
4. The refund amount (not included shipping cost) will be arranged within 7 days after receiving your package if the returned item(s) are as per condition mentioned in clause (3).
5. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges/cost of returning package.
6.If you mis-ordered an item, I would be happy to exchange the product for equal value, while buyer should responsible the return and additional shipping costs.
7. Buyer can be allowed to have one time exchange or return for each order.
8.My shop's Return Policy will be implemented only after receving of buyer's returning item(s).
